Dear AutoScout24 Team, I would like to share my recent experience while using your platform. Unfortunately, most of the car dealers listed on your website did not respond after I showed interest in their vehicles. One dealer in particular - an Autohaus - was especially disappointing. I called several times about a car. Someone answered the call but disconnected it in a very rude way. After that, I contacted several other dealers through your platform, but most of them also did not reply. I am no longer surprised by this, but it is still disappointing - especially considering that the country has been struggling with economic growth, and car companies want to sell their cars, yet many dealers do not seem interested. What’s also worrying is that many dealers show no interest in customers. I speak English, which might be one reason, and maybe German-speaking customers get better responses. I want to make it clear: I am not saying they are discriminating against me. It’s possible they don’t have English-speaking staff at their showrooms. But even in that case, they could respond to emails or messages. This is why I feel it’s more of an attitude problem. I have a list of such dealers, but I do not have time to write feedback for each one. At this point, I believe this kind of unresponsiveness has become part of the dealer culture, which is unfortunate - especially again, because Germany’s economy is under pressure and dealers should be more open to potential customers. I do not expect any big change, but I still wanted to share my feedback. *ABCD means, I don't remember the name. Thanks.

MG HS Luxury
Leider sind seit Wochen mehere MGHS Luxury mit Tageszulassung Angeboten die es beim Anruf dann garnicht gibt.. aber man wird auf einem Neuwagen hingewiesen der angebotene Preis ist dann aber nicht der Endpreis.. es kommen noch 1000 € Überführung und 300 € für eine Übergabe dazu.. also angegebener Preis.. plus 1300 €... und wenn man dies bemängelt wird einem am Telefon gesagt... versuchen sie es doch woanders... aber in eine Woche werden sie hier wieder anrufen.. nicht gerade freundlich...nun ja... Dann eben woanders kaufen..

Leider konnte Besichtigungstermin nicht eingehalten werden darum haben wir uns bei einem anderen Händler ein Fahrzeug gekauft

Bei autoscout24 wurde ein Neuwagen Dacia Duster für 21.008€ angeboten. Nach Kontaktaufnahme per Mail und Telefon bekam ich einen Kaufvertrag mit einem Kaufpreis von 22.500€.Selbes Auto, 1.500€ für Überführung und Übergabe! Obwohl ich mir das Auto selbst in Berlin beim Händler abholen wollte. Unseriös! Habe ich dem Verkäufer auch per Mail mitgeteilt. Selbstverständlich wurde diese Mail nicht beantwortet.
