Maged
I recently purchased a car from Garage De Pril. The salesperson was professional.
I was told the front tyres needed replacement and that new ones would be ordered. I assumed they would match the rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres. However, on delivery day, I found different tyres (Uniroyal RainSport 5) installed, with a different tread pattern. I was told they used in-stock tyres instead of ordering new ones as initially mentioned. When I raised this, the salesperson claimed we never agreed on the brand—only the size—which was disappointing.
Additionally, after just two days of driving, I noticed a squeaking or beeping noise from the brakes. I reported it, but was told the car had passed inspection and no issues were found. While the car drives fine, the brake noise remains a concern. I had been assured the car would be fully checked and that worn brake pads would be replaced if needed—this may not have been done.
I was later told I could bring the car in, but brake issues wouldn’t be covered.
