Garage bezocht met onze wensen wat betreft onze droom auto. Vervolgens is Garage Kil daarmee aan de slag gegaan en hebben ons gedurende het process voor het vinden van de perfecte auto continue op de hoogte gehouden. We recently bought a Kia Ceed from Garage Kil, and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone (esp. expats as they walk you through the entire purchase process). Our interactions were primarily with Tristan, who was exceedingly kind and patiently answered all our questions regarding the purchase. Most importantly, at any point, he did not pressure us into the purchase. When we first went to try the car, it was unfortunately not in a perfect condition (the battery was low on charge). We were disappointed and had second thoughts about the dealership—how could they not keep the car in a perfect condition especially when we were coming from afar to try it? The manner in which they handled the situation, however, assured us about how much they care. They took the car to servicing and kept us informed about the issue—it was a minor one. They explained to us the reason behind the issue and helped us understand why it was not a red flag. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase and feel that we received an excellent offer.
