LONG FORM DESCRIPTION The Stagea Autech Version 260RS is Nissan’s factory-sanctioned answer to a GT-R-powered wagon. Autech is Nissan’s in-house specialty manufacturer: a division dedicated to low-volume, high-spec projects, special editions and factory conversions sold through the Nissan dealer network with full OEM support. For the 260RS, Autech started with the Stagea C34 shell and executed a comprehensive, production-grade conversion using GT-R hardware. The heart is the RB26DETT twin-turbo straight-six, mated to a 5-speed manual and the ATTESA E-TS all-wheel-drive system for authentic GT-R traction. To cope with the power and wagon duty cycle, Autech re-engineered key areas: springs and dampers were retuned, mounts and bracing strengthened, and Brembo 4-pot/2-pot brakes fitted for endurance. The 260RS also received unique exterior styling and dedicated under-skin changes so the package felt cohesive—fast, durable and OEM-refined—rather than an aftermarket “swap.” The result is a true factory GT-R drivetrain wagon that blends everyday usability with iconic RB26 character.
