Prachtig om te zien en heerlijk om te rijden, dat is zonder twijfel kenmerkend voor deze schitterende Triumph TR3A. Deze sportieve open tweezitter is geproduceerd in 1958 en origineel geleverd naar Duitsland en kort daarna verhuisd naar de Verenigde Staten. Na een lange tijd is de auto weer terug in Europa gekomen, namelijk in Frankrijk. Nadat de auto enkele jaren in Frankrijk heeft gereden, is de auto sinds kort in Nederland.

Deze volledig ‘matching-number’ Triumph TR3 A is in bijzonder mooie conditie. De prachtige carrosseriekleur Signal Red heeft nog steeds zijn schitterende diepe glans en ook de diverse chroom en sierdelen zijn in zeer goede staat. De carrosseriedelen sluiten mooi en goed op elkaar aan en ook de rubberdelen zijn nog in goede conditie. De cabrioletkap en de zijschermen zijn nog in zeer goede staat. De stijlvolle spaakvelgen met de verchroomde vleugelmoeren vormen een perfecte combinatie voor deze engelse roadster. Recent zijn er nog diverse chroomdelen (waaronder de voorbumper en overriders vernieuwd).

Het interieur is in hele goede conditie. Het is niet alleen bijzonder verzorgd, maar ook in bijna perfecte staat. De stoelen zitten bijzonder goed en zijn nog helemaal gaaf. Ook het dashboard is nog in zeer goede staat en alle instrumenten werken naar behoren. Het prachtige grote originele (banjo) stuur ligt stevig in de hand en alles voelt goed en solide aan. De diverse chroom- en sierdelen zijn nog in goede conditie.

De auto is zeer goed onderhouden en verzorgd, dat is duidelijk te zien en ook te merken als je gaat rijden. Deze Triumph TR3 is voorzien van elektronische ontsteking en vorig jaar zijn de SU carburateurs volledig gereviseerd. Daarnaast is er zeer recent uitgebreid onderhoud aan de auto uitgevoerd, waaronder een volledige revisie van het stuurhuis. Er is in het afgelopen jaar voor bijna € 7.000,00 aan onderhoud uitgegeven. Deze stijlvolle roadster rijdt bijzonder comfortabel en heerlijk. De nog originele motor loopt erg mooi en rustig. De remmen voelen stevig aan en de auto schakelt bijzonder soepel. We overdrijven niet als we zeggen dat deze Triumph TR3A een zeer begerenswaardige klassieker is, zowel om te rijden als ook om te zien.

This sporty open two-seater was produced in 1958 and originally delivered to Germany, before being shipped to the United States shortly thereafter. After a long absence, the car has returned to Europe, specifically to France. After being driven in France for several years, it recently arrived in the Netherlands.

This fully matching-numbers Triumph TR3A is in exceptionally good condition. The beautiful Signal Red bodywork still retains its brilliant, deep shine, and the various chrome and trim pieces are also in excellent condition. The body panels fit together beautifully and seamlessly, and the rubber parts are also still in good condition. The convertible hood and side skirts are also in excellent condition. The stylish spoked wheels with chrome wing nuts are a perfect match for this English roadster. Several chrome parts (including the front bumper and overriders) have recently been replaced.

The interior is in excellent condition. It's not only exceptionally well-maintained but also in near-perfect condition. The seats are exceptionally comfortable and still completely pristine. The dashboard is also in excellent condition, and all instruments work properly. The beautiful, large, original (banjo) steering wheel feels firm in the hand, and everything feels good and solid. The various chrome and trim pieces are still in good condition.

The car has been very well-maintained and cared for, which is clearly visible and noticeable when you drive it. This Triumph TR3 is equipped with electronic ignition, and the SU carburetors were completely overhauled last year. In addition, extensive maintenance was recently performed on the car, including a complete overhaul of the steering rack. Nearly €7,000.00 has been spent on maintenance in the past year. This stylish roadster drives exceptionally comfortably and wonderfully. The original engine runs beautifully and smoothly. The brakes feel firm, and the car shifts exceptionally smoothly.
