Beschrijving
Everywhere you look: leather and alcantara, a glorious 3.5 V8 under the bonnet, and those unmistakable classic Jaguar lines – it truly doesn’t get much better than this.
This generation of the XK, known as the X150, is a gem in Jaguar’s modern history. The classically styled body is fully made from aluminium, making it notably lighter than its predecessor. Cabin space has increased, and the seats are larger and more supportive than before. The heart of the car – that soulful V8 – remains, though further refined and, in this case, configured as a smooth and responsive 3.5-litre V8 mated to a seamlessly shifting 6-speed automatic gearbox.
And what a sound it makes. That deep, unmistakable V8 growl is ever-present. Drive it gently, and the soundtrack hums in the background. But rev it higher, and the V8 roars to life, its note resonating through the twin exhausts just behind you. This is grand touring the way it was meant to be.
A true enthusiast’s car.
This beautiful XK has been in the hands of a devoted enthusiast since 2012, purchased from a Jaguar dealer in Germany. From that moment on, it was serviced exclusively by official Jaguar dealers, exactly as you’d hope with a car of this calibre.
And what a striking XK this is. Finished in rare Botanical Green, it shimmers with a rich, clean green glow in sunlight. Inside, you’re greeted by Caramel leather, Burr Walnut inlays, and Caramel alcantara headlining and sun visors. The leather seats, perforated and virtually like new, match the interior tone beautifully. It’s a tasteful and timeless combination.
No expenses spared.
You feel it in every detail. Drive it over rough roads and the XK remains tight, composed, and rattle-free – something that’s not always the case with similar offerings on the market. No vague steering, worn trim, sagging headliners or tired seats here. We’ve even gone a step further: upon arrival, we fitted new rear control arms, stabiliser links, four brand-new Michelin Pilot Sport tyres, and serviced both the air conditioning and the engine.
You may have noticed the green convertible roof, perfectly matching the Botanical Green paintwork and contrasting beautifully with the Caramel interior. The original document folder is included, and one key is present (a second can be ordered on request). The car currently holds Belgian registration, and Dutch registration is included in the price if desired.
Are there any downsides?
Only minor ones, as with any car of this age. A small scratch near the fuel cap and a few light marks on the front bumper can be spotted if you look closely – though thanks to a professional detailing and polishing treatment, they’re barely noticeable.
There’s so much more to say about this wonderful Jaguar. But you’ll only truly understand it once you’ve seen and driven it. You are warmly invited to visit us on appointment in Uden – the coffee is ready.
