RS R3 Maxi

Wonderful Renault Clio R3 Maxi which has competed on very high level in various international rallies during its life with some remarkable results. At MCC Rally we have a lot of experience with the R3 Clio since we have built one when it was new from the ground up in 2008/2009. Moreover, we have serviced it during numerous rally's including WRC.

This specific example is a true Renault Sport rally car with a beautiful rally history, ready for new adventures.

Engine:
- 2.0 Liter - 4 valves/cyl - 16 valves total
- Natural aspiration, with Magneti Marelli multipoint electronic fuel injection

Gearbox, diffs and clutch:
- Sequential Gearbox 6-speed Sadev
- ZF limited slip front differential
- Single disc Motorsport clutch

Chassis:
- steel monocoque Type CR1N chassis with roll-cage in 3 door hatchback bodyshell layout

Suspension:
- front suspension, pseudo-McPherson with Öhlins adjustable dumpers, Masselin springs
- rear suspension, trailing arms with Öhlins adjustable dumpers, Masselin springs

Brakes:
- front ventilated discs with 330 mm diameter discs and 4 piston calipers
- rear solid discs 274 mm diameter with single piston caliper, hydraulic dual circuit.
